At the ship in good time
The cruise lines usually want you on board two to three hours before departure. From Neumünster, for a ship that sails at 5pm, that means setting off at around 1pm. It's best to book your journey in advance, especially on summer Saturdays when several ships are in port at once.
At the Ostseekai the car comes right up to the baggage drop-off. We can also set a car aside for the trip back at the end of your cruise.

Color Line to Oslo and Stena Line to Gothenburg sail from the Norwegenkai and Schwedenkai. We take you to both terminals at the same fixed price.
The price is fixed before you book
Kiel lies outside Neumünster's mandatory metered-fare zone, so there's no meter here, just our fixed price. You'll see the amount in the booking form as soon as your start and destination are entered, and it stays the same, even if the A215 gets congested or you travel early in the morning.
Luggage and pick-up at your address are included in the price. For a cruise with a lot of suitcases, just set the form to five people and a large people carrier with plenty of boot space will come.
More than just the terminal
Of course we'll also take you to any other destination in Kiel: to the main station, the university, the UKSH, the Kieler Woche or a meeting in the town centre. For the trip back the same day we'll set a car aside if you like, so you don't have to worry about a thing while you're there.
Around Kiel and the fjord
Besides the cruise and ferry terminal, we go to every destination in Kiel: the main station, the Holstenstraße, the town hall, the science centre or the stadium for a Holstein Kiel match. The places around the fjord are part of it too, from Laboe with its naval memorial to Schilksee with its Olympic centre. If you're heading to the Kieler Woche, book early and plan the return trip at the same time, because on those days there's no getting through the town centre and no free taxi to be found. Do four people with cruise luggage fit in a taxi?
With four large suitcases a saloon car gets too small. Just set the form to five people and you'll get a large taxi with enough boot space.
Can you pick us up again after the cruise?
Yes. Book the return trip at the same time for your arrival day and we'll set a car aside for you.
How long does the journey to Kiel Cruise Terminal take?
