The problem is never the journey there

Visitors arrive at an event spread over hours; going home, everyone wants to leave in the same quarter of an hour. Whoever only books then will wait, on big nights sometimes for quite a while.

So our advice: book the return together with the outward journey and set the time shortly after the expected end. Your driver will then be waiting at the agreed spot while everyone else is still reaching for their phone.

If the evening is open-ended, call before you head for the exit. That shortens the wait considerably, and the dispatch centre is staffed around the clock.

Holstenhallen: the classic in Neumünster

Trade fairs, concerts, shows: for many people in Neumünster the Holstenhallen are the first thought when it comes to events, and on busy days parking there is a test of patience. By taxi you ride right up to the entrance and drive straight off again afterwards.

Within the city the meter charges the official tariff. From the station it is around three kilometres, about €11.50 by day; after 10 pm the base fare is €5.60 instead of €4.60, the price per kilometre stays the same.

On big event days our cars are out that way anyway. Still: pre-booking beats luck. Best of all, book your return before the event even starts.

Concerts and matches in Hamburg and Kiel

For an evening in Hamburg or Kiel we drive at a fixed price. It applies per car and is set before booking, for the journey there just as for the ride back at midnight.

The nice part: at night the fixed-price journey costs the same as by day. So before the concert you already know what the whole evening's travel will cost.

With four or five of you the price per head becomes very manageable, and nobody has to stay sober to drive. All routes are on the fixed prices page or right in the booking form.

Groups: staggered out, staggered back

From five people a large taxi drives, with up to eight people in one car. Larger groups we spread over several cars, driving at the same time or staggered, however your evening needs it.

Staggered means: the first round leaves at eleven, the second at one, the third when the lights come on. One booking, one point of contact, and the dispatch centre coordinates the cars.

In the compulsory service area (Pflichtfahrgebiet) a surcharge is only added to the meter when more than four people ride along: €7.00 for five to six, €10.00 for seven to eight people, per journey.

For organisers and exhibitors

Anyone planning a trade fair or a company event needs journeys in series: guests from the station, exhibitors from the hotel to the hall and back in the evening. We set up shuttle runs like these in advance, with times and addresses.

For large events it pays to talk to us early, ideally a few days beforehand. We then reserve cars for your times, large taxis included, and on request we bill everything collectively by invoice.

Will I get a taxi after a concert at the Holstenhallen?

Yes, most reliably with a pre-booking: book your return before the event starts and the car will be waiting at the agreed time. Without a pre-booking, it is best to call before you head for the exit; right after the end it can take a little while on big nights.
