Airport transfers for business travel: predictable to the last minute

A price that is fixed before take-off

For rides to Hamburg Airport and Lübeck Airport we work with a fixed price. You see it in the booking form before you book, and after that it does not change. A traffic jam on the A7 is our risk, not yours, and your expense report shows exactly the amount that was agreed.

That makes the ride as predictable as a train ticket, only without changing trains and without hauling suitcases. You will find all routes on our fixed-price page, and the form gives you the price for your pick-up address to the exact euro.

You can pay online in advance, with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. For business trips that is convenient: the ride is settled before departure and the receipt is in your inbox before the plane leaves the gate.

Your flight number is all we need

Enter your flight number in the "Note for the driver" field when you book. We track the flight and adjust the pick-up time if anything shifts. If the plane lands later, the driver waits longer, and the fixed price does not change.

For a pick-up, the driver waits in the arrivals area and contacts you on the number you provided. After landing there is no searching and no phoning; you just walk to the exit.

For the outward journey we plan backwards: you tell us your departure time and we add driving time plus a buffer. That way you reach the terminal with time to spare, even if there is more traffic than expected.

The early Monday flight is our daily routine

Many business flights leave early, often before seven. Book the ride firmly the evening before and the car will be at your door at the agreed minute, with no one to ring in the middle of the night. The drive to your pick-up point costs nothing, for pre-bookings too.

Our dispatch office is staffed around the clock, since 2018 and with more than 40 vehicles. A pick-up at four in the morning is not a special case for us, it is daily business.

You can pre-book up to 90 days in advance. If you fly regularly, book your rides several weeks at a time and we schedule every single one firmly.

Invoice to your company, without the paperwork

For business rides we can invoice your company directly, with all the details your accounts team needs. You also get a receipt straight away in the car or by email, of course.

If you or your colleagues ride frequently, we collect the trips and invoice monthly. One invoice instead of twenty individual receipts saves your accounts team time and saves you paying out of pocket.

Discreet, also when collecting your guests

The ride to the airport is often the last chance to go through documents or take a phone call. Our drivers know that. If you want to work or sit in silence, you get quiet; if you feel like a chat, you get conversation.

What is discussed in the car stays in the car. That goes for the phone call with your client just as much as for who was driven where and when.

You can also have business partners collected: book the ride in your guest's name, enter their mobile number and flight number, and still have the invoice go to your company. Your visitor steps off the plane and is sitting in the car a few minutes later.
