Valid since 1 May 2025, fare ordinance of 10 April 2025. Within the compulsory service area the taximeter charges exactly these rates.

The night tariff applies Monday to Saturday from 22:00 to 6:00 and all day on Sundays and public holidays. Saturday daytime is the day tariff. Normal luggage is always included.
For an appointment, a discharge, a visit
The Friedrich-Ebert-Krankenhaus on Friesenstraße is the largest hospital in town and for many the reason for the taxi ride: an examination, a discharge after a few days, or a visit to a relative. We drop you right at the main entrance and help you in and out when needed.
For a fixed appointment we schedule the car so that you do not have to wait and arrive at the outpatient clinic or the ward on time. Tell us the time and we pick you up with plenty of buffer.
The return trip, even when the time is open
It is best to book the return trip after your treatment straight away. If you do not know exactly when you will be finished, just call as soon as you are ready and we send the next free car. That way you do not have to wait at the entrance after a long day.
If you are travelling with a walker, a walking aid or luggage, just let us know briefly in the notes field. The driver prepares for it and takes the time you need.
Prescribed medical transport
If your trip is prescribed by a doctor, your health insurer may cover the cost. For that you need a prescription from your doctor and, as a rule, approval from the insurer. We know the process, bill the trip accordingly and take you reliably to dialysis, radiotherapy or rehab.

If the walk is hard for you, we accompany you all the way to reception. That turns a tiring journey into one less worry.
