From the terminal to your front door
Between Hamburg Airport and Warnemünde lie 202.1 kilometres, about 140 minutes with a clear road. We meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, carry your bags to the car and drive you through to your destination address.
The price of 275.00 € is for the whole car, not per person. Nothing is added to it afterwards, not at night, not at the weekend, not on a public holiday and not for suitcases. You see the amount before you book and it stays that way.
Cruise from Warnemünde: getting there is half the battle
Warnemünde is one of Germany's major cruise ports, and most guests travel in via Hamburg because the choice of flights there is many times larger than on the coast. The terminal sits practically next to the railway station, but the train journey from Hamburg means changing with cruise luggage.
We collect you at the baggage belt and set you down at the terminal 140 minutes later. The cruise line usually wants you on board two to three hours before the ship leaves; tell us the departure time and we work backwards from it, with a buffer for the Elbe tunnel.
After the cruise, the same applies in the other direction: disembarkation is usually finished by late morning, and with about 140 minutes on the road a flight in the early afternoon is realistic. We are at the terminal when you come ashore.

If your flight is late
We follow your flight number. The driver comes for the time you actually land, not the time on the schedule, and 60 minutes of waiting after landing are part of the fixed price, so you can take the baggage hall at your own pace.
If your flight lands a good deal later, we still drive. A bus or train ticket is worthless by then; a booked car is not.
You book with the driver, not with a middleman
We are a licensed taxi firm in Neumünster, with our own cars and a German phone number that somebody answers. So you book with the company that does the driving.
The big transfer portals are middlemen: they sell your journey and then pass it on to a local firm, with a mark-up that starts at double depending on the portal. We know this first hand, because those requests land in our inbox every day.
With us the amount is settled before you book and does not move afterwards.
