How to pre-book
In the booking form, choose 'Later' and then pick a date and time. There are quick options for the most common cases, so you do not have to click through a calendar. After that you book as usual, and that is it.
If you would rather speak to someone, call 04321 22200. Our dispatch office is staffed around the clock and enters your ride into the schedule just as firmly as the form does.
The driver will contact you on the number you gave as soon as they arrive. So there is no need to stand at the window keeping watch.
From 30 minutes to 90 days in advance
The earliest pre-booking is 30 minutes in the future. Our dispatch team needs that half hour to schedule a car properly, rather than simply sending whichever one happens to be nearest.
Looking further ahead, the window stretches to 90 days. You can book your ride to the airport the moment you book your holiday, and the matter is settled.
If you need a taxi right now, that is not a pre-booking but simply the normal case: in Neumünster a car usually reaches you within five to ten minutes.
When pre-booking really pays off
