Cancelling a Taxi: Free of Charge and No Fuss
Plans change, we know that. As long as the car has not yet set off, a cancellation costs you nothing with us. Here is how it works and why an early call helps everyone.

The rule is simple
Cancel before the car sets off towards you and you pay nothing. No fee, no form, no reason needed.
This applies to immediate trips just as to advance bookings, including the four in the morning run to the airport. The earlier you let us know the better, but a late cancellation is always better than none. And if you are still unsure whether you will travel at all, it is better to drop us a quick word than to leave us waiting outside a locked door.
How to cancel
The quickest way is to call 04321 22200. The control room is staffed around the clock and takes the trip out of the schedule straight away. Give the date, time and the name on the booking, and that is all that is needed.
If you booked online, you can also reply to the confirmation you received by email. When time is short, a call is still the safe choice, because it takes effect immediately.
Paid online? You get your money back
For fixed-price journeys outside Neumünster you can pay online in advance, with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. If you cancel in good time, we refund the full amount, by the same method you used to pay.
You do not need to do anything beyond the cancellation itself. Depending on your bank or provider, it takes a few days for the refund to show up in your account.
Reschedule instead of cancelling
Often the trip does not need to fall through at all, it is just that the time no longer suits. Call us and we simply move the trip to the new time, with no new booking and no extra cost.
For an airport pick-up, you do not have to do anything at all if your flight is delayed. If you have given us the flight number, we keep an eye on the flight and adjust the pick-up time ourselves.

Behind every advance booking is a car set firmly in the schedule and a driver who wants to be at your door on time. Cancel in good time and he takes on another trip, and the next customer gets a taxi sooner.
